  • Join the District of Saanich at the Cenotaph at Saanich Municipal Hall pausing for a moment to remember those who have served.

Wednesday, November 13 | 4:00-8:00pm | Bard & Banker | Free

  • Shop local vendors, sip tasty cocktails, and enjoy a holiday vibe inside of the Bard & Banker! Plus live music to tap your toes to and the always delicious food available again after the market!

  • Fall is all about rum! This tournament features eight different spirits fighting to take home the title for Best Rum! Your ticket includes eight of the finest spirits BC has to offer - if you're a rum connoisseur, this event is for you!

  • A proper European feast! Choose from schnitzel or bratwurst (or both) plus sides of mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, red cabbage, and gravy! Veggie options available. Prepay deadline is November 11th @ noon

  • Cream Collective - 9 women-led small businesses under one roof - is hosting a sip & shop! Have a few mock/cocktails and browse the goods! Discounts & door prizes available.

Friday, November 15 | 4:00-8:00pm | Bilston Creek Farm | $5

  • Running Friday through Sunday every weekend until Dec. 15th, the Yuletide Markets are some of the biggest holiday markets Victoria has to offer, set in the super cozy atmosphere of Bilston Creek Farm! Food truck, tons of treat vendors, live music (on the 9th, Dec. 7th, and Dec. 14th), plus tons of locally made crafts!

  • Head to the Bear n' Bee Farm to hang with kindred spirits (people & animals!), enjoy a campfire with refreshments, and do some nature crafts!

Saturday, November 16 | 11:00am-8:00pm | Da Vinci Centre | $5

  • A holiday fair and makers market for the holiday season! Santa will be stopping by for a visit, plus eats n' treats on standby and vendors for crafts, jewelry, vintage clothing, toys, and more! Perfect spot to get your holiday gifts ready.

  • Jewelry, art, vintage clothing, pottery, and of course, tons of tasty treats!! A great way to support local AND get a cozy activity in with the weather cooling off.

  • A play for all the Jane Austen fans out there! Mr. Darcy's nemesis and Lydia's 'incorrigible' husband, Mr Wickham, makes an unwelcome holiday visit. A story diving into class, privilege, and forgiveness. Running Wed-Sun until December 1st.

  • After a stalking incident forced Anna into retirement, she's now back (armed with a restraining order and new stories!). Featured in Marvel's Ant-Man, her show at Capital Ballroom will be a comedy show addressing mental health issues.

  • “One of the most consistently excellent troupes working today” says The New York Times! Described as post-modern gumbo, this mixed program dives into various expressions of movement! Running the 15th and 16th.

  • A run/walk with your dog (or not) following a marked trail including false trails and puzzles. Strictly non-competitive and friendly. Followed by dog treats and adult (or not) treats included in event price.

Saturday, November 16 | 9:45am-1pm | Langford station | Free

  • The Greater Victoria Green Team is hosting a litter clean-up in Langford this weekend and they’re looking for volunteers! Glorious work, perhaps not, but super good for our environment, our cities, and for meeting other folks that care about their community!

  • On Tuesday and Friday, join in for a free, two-hour workshop diving into overdose response training, including how to identify opiate overdoses, risk factors, and how to use injectable Naloxone. Friday’s class takes place in CBA 211 at the Interurban Campus.
