Your new favourite Studio is teaching traditional Yoga in its cozy downtown studio

And their beginner-friendly approach makes it perfect for beginners & experts

Ashtanga Yoga, official friend of LampPost, should be your go-to studio in Victoria - and not just for getting your body limber, either (though they do a great job of that).

Find events like the upcoming Yogalands Book Launch, cozy community vibes, and an amazing staff that make you feel at home on your first visit.

We recently got a chance to attend a class and came away feeling amazing - a chance to slow down from the pace of everyday life and take a few deep breaths while listening to the rain pitter-patter on the windows of the studio.

🏠 Point in Time (PiT) Homeless Count

Volunteers needed for Greater Victoria's biennial Point in Time Homeless Count, conducting surveys and assisting with logistics to improve local services for those experiencing homelessness.
